If it were me I would go to a muffler shop and get a short section of pipe that will fit inside your stack(s) then I would weld the pipe to your cooker and simply slip your stack(s) over the pipes

Italian Skewer, I smoke mine at 250 and pull of around 160-170. I also crank up the heat for the last 15 minutes or so to crisp up the bacon.
