gonna be close. 15 oz of mix, 2/3 c water, 1/2 c butter, 3 eggs and some minor ingredients, guess Ill go with a 12 and see how it turns out

well today was the day, fired it up, sliced a brisket down, trial and error figured out how to tear down and clean, all fingers stil intact.
