The dripping is fine when you use a pan. And the cleaning time is saved as said my one of the member above...i too use pans for this..

I used Youtube as a prime source to know BBQ...Its a free one so everyone loves it and importantly visual learning is much easier than the textual...I recommend Ytube for the newbies too... Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Start with baked pie, prefer fresh homemade but boxed works fine too.

Prep pie top with about 1/2 shot ameretto and good dose of powdered sugar

Smoke with cherry wood for 45min to 1 hr, to taste ...
