Double J, why no red meat for the wife? through 2 pregnancies with 2 huge very healthy babies the only thing my wife gave up was seafood. it made her sick anyway so avoiding the mercury was easy.

well i'm doing through a country store next to me that orders twice a week.
i split a case of butts with the cook there and it worked great as the per. lb. price was 30 cents less than at sam's.
