I've taken Plowboys/Butchers, Johnny Trigg, Scotties, Mike Davis. They are all good classes. It's just the little things you pick up here and there that will help improve your scores.

I've seen it done a few times with briskets and butts. They threw them on ice then warmed them back up in the morning. Everything they did followed food safety.

Talk to your Dr about that. They can try different meds. I take BP meds. I kind of like my life and would like to keep it for a while! If you've got high BP your a ticking time bomb!

The bigger the better. I haven't cooked anything under 17 lb in the last year n a half. Or should I say they are 17-21 lb when I get them. They are only 4-5 lbs once I get done Wackin on them.
