I think the only way to control a dual chamber smoker off one box would be to set it behind the cook chamber and run a seperate inlet off the box to each chamber. You could place the dampers in these ...

I did like Kevin said, divided the required length by two and didn't count the 90s. I added a little more for the slash cut and they get the smoke ginnin' pretty good.
