I smoke them all the time. I defrost them and smoke them for an hour or so, I put foil down on the smoker great so god forbid the animal residue on the greats come in contact on the BB burger.

I figure 2 oz. dry pasta (fusilli) per person, I add a lot of vegetables to the dish and serve it in big bowels. Always have some left over witch is perfect because I love it.

I think the 2 most common comp injections (FAB and Butchers) will work well with vacuum sealing. I would still rotate and message the meat to help distribution but that's me.
