Nicely done Snowsmoke I've always wanted to try these. I've loved them in bars where they fry them but I've never had them smoked. I'd like to learn more. What temp was the cooker?

Great question jess. I think the rub needs improvement. I'm not thrilled with those I've tried. Head Country is good but there is the MSG thing Sad

I had one, wore it out. I used it for ginding spices (pepper corns). Also used it for protein shakes. Plastic tabs broke off the cups. For the price works will lasted about 5 years.
