Whenever I smoke a cat, I prefer to use a radial ply BF goodrich 75R 15 at about 45 MPH.

I usually perfer about 3000 fps...... Laughing

I have 2 big webers kettles and a Smokey Joe ( portable) If you get a large Weber get a Smokey Jow as well. very nice to have on trips to the lake etc.....

We just lost a full grown ash tree with one of our recent storms. I have been hitting the forum pretty hard to research the use of ash for smoking. Seems to be worth giving it a try.
