Took out all the grates and sprayed everything down top to bottom with a strong solution of simple green. Then used a garden hose w/spray nozzle to wash it off. Grates came out looking almost new. ... |

sound advice from all above. Wild hog can be great if the right hog is harvested. I smoked an 80lb sow last year a friend gave me and it was every bit as good if not better than farm raised pigs.
