tenderloins are great smoked , they don't take long so make sure you watch the internal temp , i pull mine at 140. i also suggest you use a glaze , i like apricot jam or really any kind of a good jam, ...

A few tailgating parties huh. That must be a good time.

I Love tailgating and am doing it on Sunday myself. I just hope it's not too cold.

I would go around a pound per person so there's plenty ...
