Hello I am cooking for 50 people this weekend. I'm doing sliced top round and pulled pork. I was thinking of buying 20 lb top round and 15 lbs. of pork butt. any thoughts ?

So I hacked apart a 275 gallon oil tank and welded it together cut some doors. It kinda looks too big to me?Any ideas on how big the holes should be going into the cook chamber?
