The only place I have been is Corky's and I wasn't impressed. Good atmosphere, good appetizers, but the ribs were not what I was expecting. Ended up saucing them so I wouldn't choke.

If you put it on at 8, wrap it in foil about 11 with some beef consume/beef broth (one can). Let it go in the foil until it is done. (fork tender), about 203 degrees internal and then let it rest.

Other than Snake River Farms, is there anywhere else to order Wagyu Brisket or Choice Briskets online. It is very hard for me to get competition quality brisket around here.
