PostForum: Chicken Recipes   Posted: Mon Nov 23 15 9:35 pm   Subject: Smoking Turkey, Should I poke holes in the muscle?
I'm looking at smoking a turkey and was wondering do I poke holes in the bird before I put it in the brine? I'm thinking it will allow the brine to penetrate the meat better.

Thanks for the help!

I would gladly pay $200 for a cord of apple. Here in Nebraska, the only place that I know of that sells it, is charging $700 a cord.

Maniac- the chain has many uses. I work in a cold storage facility and we have probably 40 fork lifts which makes it somewhat readily available. It's amazing the uses you can find for something!
