Would be easy to bolt through the legs to a base plate or deck. If you have the Weber cover, it will help hold the components together after that.

Woodyard - smoked chicken wings
OK Joes - Z-Man (near religious experience)
Rosedale - I like their brisket and sausage ..Not as much a fan of their burnt ends
