I've done my last 3 brisket at a low of 250 and up to 300° (pit temp) and they've all come in at 9 hrs. They've all been 13lbs or better.

Killer lookin' pie CB. Yer chicken plate up looks damn tasty as well. Did you get much of a smoke flavor on the pie? I assume it wasn't enough to affect the pie flavors?
