I got vinegar solution working right now but just found out I could use citric acid and water, and be done within an hours time! Will try that on next batch of screws.

It's a closed top drum. I'll probably do four 3/4 in holes at the top, and four 5/8 inch holes on the side near the top for the rebar and cover them when not in use.
