Hello, am looking to buy a stuffer instead of making sausage off the grinder. The water stuffer looks like a very cheap option but do they work? All opinions greatly appreciated, thanx.

I've never used a water stuffer before, so I couldn't provide any insight, but I do use one of these for making my sausage and it works quite well. Depending on the volume you're making, you may have to refill it more often than the Dakota.

I've been using the Dakota stuffer for a few years now and it works great. You have to develop a "touch" for regulating the water pressure, but that is easy to do with the valve system on the unit. It is WAY easier that the manual piston stuffer -- much less messy. Good luck!

The Dakotah stuffer works great, Ive made sausage both with the grinder method and with the Dakotah. I was amazed as to how well it worked
