so, i had a turkey breast that i needed to do something with, so i am gonna grill it on my new grill tonight.

so, this am i deboned the breast (left the skin on though). i mixed up a rub with...

crushed garlic
lemon zest
crushed ancho chilis
paprika
chili powder
salt & pepper
and a little cinnamon.

i rubbed some olive oil over the breast (and under the skin) and then put on the rub and put it in the fridge. i'll post some pics and let y'all know how it comes out.
