LOL. Now that I have you attention!

I need to hit a home run with the Q tomorrow. I'm experienced with Pork, Brisket, Beer butt chicken, ABTs ... you get the idea. I comp on H*Que (www.hque.us), been lurkin around the ring for a few years. So any way I know my way around the cooker.

Here is what I'm asking. I'm trying 2 turkey legs and a breast tomorrow, trying something healthy for the wife and I need a rub and some guidance. Before you ask I've checked the "Other Meat" posts and found just the legs but no rub and not doing them together. I really like to nail this tomorrow. I need some help guys.

From what I've gathered I'm looking at a 275 degree run in my GOSM for ~5-6 hours. I've got some Cherry wood I'd like to give a try. What do ya think? I also need a good rub. I would guess that I lift the skin and rub under it like I do Chicken thighs, both legs and breast??
