I had some Un-Eatin (too good to be called leftover) brisket. So I cubed some up along with some diced onion, mushroom, green pepper and a handfull of hash browns. sauted the veggies and hash browns. then added the Brisket just to warm and wrapped in a tortilla, top with your favorite cheese and sour cream or salsa. ENJOY
WOW was it good!! _________________ Landmann outdoorsman Smoker

What, no scrambled eggs in it? And here I thought this was breakfast.
Sounds good, too bad it didn't happen. _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411
