Planned to cook on the big offset today, but the rain changed my plans. Moved the UDS to the patio and fired it up. So far So good! 2 pork butts and a pork loin. Will add a corned brisket later.

I'm thinking about a UDS. Seems like every time I lit up a chimney full last year I got rained on.  _________________ When the girl behind the counter said they
