You left coasters are going down.
BBQ pork was first cooked in NC and all of you know that, period.
Your briskets are not pork but something that you guy s have learned to cook well, still not bbq in my book.
All you left coasters have done is ruin good pork.
Ketchup is for french fries.
UNDERSTAND!

Another lamb to slaughter. Bring on your boiled ribs and crock pot pulled pork. We can always use more slop to fatten up our pigs. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

Sorry, cant let all these cats talk funkiness anymore without my 3 cents!
So if your grub doesnt look even remotely like this you should throw the flag in. Not my entry, just a lil something to seperate the real from the fake.
If that wasn't enough here's some juice for ya!
Wait a minute... here's a good money shot for ya!
Put on a plate with a pickle, cornbread, and slaw and slap me happy.
Bank on it West Judgement is coming!!!!! _________________ Custom Bellfab off set 54x30

Wow Goldengirl, is that meant to scare us off? A buck worth of pulled pork and some cornbread out of a box??? Turn your Easy Bake Oven OFF and dream of one day turning out real Q like this...and watch out for the shock you will get when you start to lick the screen!!!
And just for fun...
Hope the shock wasn't too bad!!! _________________ 1 homemade UDS smoker

No they are not, but just trying to give a young lad some inspiration and some photos of some enticing grub, not microwaved or Easy Baked, boiled, pulled pork!!!
AND....we can actually use any garnish/side items, so all of this could work...if it will fit on one platter!!! _________________ 1 homemade UDS smoker
