Still working on some temp issues due to modifications etc on the Brinkman. Did pretty well i thought. Since someone commented on the Rubiks Cube in the last smoke i did, i figured i would throw it on the smoker since it does wonderful things to meat why not the cube! Onto the pron.
All rubbed up.
After a 45min rest.
Sliced up!

195 is when i pulled it off and let it rest about 45 min before we sliced it. |
