I am trying to plan around what I think might be a timing issue with brining a few halfed chickens. To keep from over brining, is it ok to rinse the brine and leave the chicken set in the fridge for a few more hours until I'm ready for it? or something else I might consider? |

If you're concerned about the chicken being salty from over brining, you can soak it is fresh water, changing out the water every so often. Salt tries to find an equilibrium. |
