Ever think about adopting a 33 year old? I can mow the lawn, clean the garage, take out the trash, etc.... I can even help on the smoker!

Seriously though, how much food would you cook for a party of 10 or more!?

Amazing as always Jeepdad, well done sir.

Awesome, very good looking spread.

And especially thanks for including the recipes, swmbo was sitting next to me as I drooled my way through it and she seen those snickers. Made mention of getting the recipe, and you already had me covered.

Thanks

A 5* thread for sure.

the_hunchback, Shocked Very Happy

When I went to my wall locker in the garage to check for charcoal yesterday to smoke the turkey breast....I was out. So, picked up some charcoal on the way home from work today and fired the smoker up.

The rub.

Done and resting. This turkey breast is for lunches for me and Meg during the week.

Turkey breast bone removed.

Sliced for sammies!

There is a faint red smoke ring hard to see in the pics.

Done...now off to the cigar shop for a nice relaxing cigar. All the best.

Holy crap it would take me a week to cook all that. I wish I had your energy!

Making homemade Snickers is just nuts (and nougat, and caramel, and chocolate). Wink

By the way, Remoulade is the #1 sauce here in CPH. I think they sell it by the 55 gallon drum.

My question to you is, did the HVAC guy break his fall with his testicles? Looks like he may have come down straddling the ceiling joist. Confused
