◦1 lb. of shrimp (bigger the better)
◦3 tbsp butter, melted
◦1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
◦2 chipotle peppers (from a can, with adobe sauce), chopped
◦2 cloves minced garlic
◦1 tbsp lime juice
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together to create your marinade. Peel and devein the shrimp. Place shrimp into the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill until opaque, about 4 minutes a side. |

Am going to have to try this! I just did some with just garlic and olive oil on them last night and they were great. I love seafood over coals  |
