What else would you call this, other than a Peuben?
I found that I had some remnants of St. Patties Day in the fridge.
The Corned Beef and Cheese are long gone, but I did find some Russian Rye Bread and a half pack of Kraut.
I dug out a pack of Pulled Pork and some of my recently Smoked Colby Jack to make a Reuben of sorts. I didn't think my Horsey Sauce would go well with pork, so I grabbed my bottle of Roxy's Carolina Sauce.
Proof of my madness.
A couple slices of bread, three slices of cheese and some pulled pork. Nuked it to melt the cheese and warm the pork. Put some Roxy's on it.
Added the Kraut.
Chow Time.
Mighty tasty or maybe I was just starving.
Thanks for lookin'. Now go clean out YOUR fridge. _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411

Thanks Troy. Yeah I've done some of THOSE cleanouts. The mystery meat or whatever the h3ll it used to be, is dog food. Sometimes!!! _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411

This is a great sandwich. Didn't have all the stuff so I had to use Provolone and dark mustard. I'm thinking that its a good thing to save back some pork just for these. Thanks! |
