I have a cabelas #20 stuffer with motor attachment. It has worked great for summer sausages & brats but i tried snack sticks this morning & it wanted to squirt meat out the top of the press in front. tried adding more water & adjusting machine & nothing helped, so finished with more summer sausage. Before i call cabelas i wondered if anyone else has experienced this? Press plate & seal appear to be fine but the added pressure for stuffing sticks is screwing me up. |

Buy a stuffer. Oops thought you were using a grinder. Should read better. _________________ That's how we roll |

I not sure what is happening either, however, one thing comes to mind.
I sure you changed nipple or tube for a small size...if so, maybe not it's not flowing right because the snack meat is not ground fine enough.
This would cause a log jam sort a speak in the tube if not gound fine enough. |
