Just found this site with free pdf sausage recipes.
I haven't tried any yet, so can't comment about that.

Thanks for the link Tony.
I looked at some of them that I have made and wasn't impressed.
A far better source is http://www.wedlinydomowe.com/sausage-recipes and right here on the Ring. At least these are all proven recipes.
