This is rock bottom simple, but I'll go for a solid week lunch & dinner cause they're so good....
1st giant flour tort w/ row of pulled pork (or beef )
2nd Tater salad....
( I'm using deep fried tater salad )
At this point you can add a bit of sauce, I've used Ron's,
or some jalepeno ranch dressing that is part of the salad ~~~>
Roll...
Cut...& enjoy !!!
That was good....think I'll make another, bigger one.....

Ken, KOTK., Everything is better deep fried, or wrapped in a tort.
"rock bottom simple" is the way to go sometimes, nuthin fancy, just good solid eats.  |
