I wont bore you with all the details and such, but here is my UDS that I have been working on for about 3 months now. Finally got her seasoned up and cooking last wed night with some chicken thighs. Enjoy.

The cooker (AC is for Augustana College, my almamter and emplyoyer)


Chicken rubbed up


Chicken finished


pulled and ready to eat

I don't know why they call them UDS's. That's not ugly.

now that you say it, I typed that wrong. That is crutchers on 40 Hwy not 7. Same guy I'm sure. Right there just east of the driving range in indy.
