Ooops, forgot all about the money shot. Embarassed

Out of the cooker and resting.

Sliced and on some Jewish Rye.

Just not quite enough Swiss Cheese and Kraut. Need to add more.

Slapped on some Horseradish Mustard and a Kosher Dill Slice.

Cut the sammie in half to make it manageable. And "The Money Shot"

Oh, this is a taste that you can't imagine. Definately gonna make more of these.

Thanks for lookin'

Proud of you Gunny. Took your time getting there but when you got to the end you really knocked it out of the park. That sammie looks to die for. Great job friend. Tom

Thank you Ken. I didn't eat any of it the first night, because it was too late to eat. But I tore it up the next day. Very Happy

Gunny, if this is true, which I doubt, you have much more self control than I do. I surely would have destroyed that immediately. Definitely on the "to do" list. Almost worth the wait.

Funny chit, Gunny!
The only reason you do not belong to THAT club is you choose not too!
It's certainly not that you don't qualify. Wink

Just sayin'.

Gunny that is what I was waiting for!!! I missed the money shot by a few days because a couple of days after this thread started I left on my trip around the world!! I was hoping when I got back there would be food!! Razz Laughing That was well worth waiting for. That was some great innovation and with the Reuben being one of our all time favorites, me and the Mrs KC will be all over this. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you brdprey. It does play with your taste buds. In a good way.

Thanks Skidder. Lots more than one sammie in that roll. Well worth it.

Thank you KC. If you like corned beef and saurkraut then you will love this. It's a weakness for me too. Wink
