So what is everyone cooking this Sunday for mothers day?
I am cooking boneless chicken thighs, baked beans, better than anything cake and not sure what else yet.

Don't know but I will say there will be beer involved. Possibly a big pot of Tx Red and some fresh Tortillas.

Saturday night Delta Downs casino and race track with a huge buffet for my Sweet. Debbie wants to cook a picnic on Sunday while I weld.

Got a 4" thick bone-in ribeye that should feed all 5 of us, mashed potatoes from scratch, marinated asparagus and a Snickers pie. With Hawaiian rolls.

It's a beautiful day and I would love to fire up the smoker but my wife's tastes are leaning much more towards seafood these days. Todays menu will have Fried Gator for the appetizer with Large Shrimp Cocktail, Alaskan King Crab, New Potatoes and Corn on the Cob. Wishing all the mothers out there a Happy Mothers Day!!

I did not know until the wife came back from HEB. She picked up a couple of packs of ribeye steaks so I cooked them for her and her mom. The ladies fixed the sides.
