Wanted to try a fattie cause I've never done one before. Decided to try a ABT Fattie because who doesn't like ABT's?

Here's the proof:

Sausage rolled out-

Added Oakridge Secret Weapon, cream cheese, jalapeño, and cheddar:

Bacon weave:

Finished:

It was good!

Here's the recipe:
2 lbs. Jimmy Dean Regular
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup diced pickled jalapeños
1 lb. bacon

Enjoy!

Ed

Thanks CB!, An ABT fattie sounded good so I just riffed on that because I never had done one Shocked (I know, been smoking for several years and never done a fatty or meatloaf....smh).

Anywho, I will probably do a pizza one and a breakfast one real soon.

Ed

That looks great! You're right - 'Who doesn't like ABT's?' Even my 70-year-old mother loves them Laughing Looks like a winner.

Really nice job on that fattie. I like the choice of ingredients and the weave is perfect. Thanks for sharing. Tom
