Got 4 Brisket and 6 butts in the smoker right now. Throwing 9 racks of back ribs and a pile of Hot Links later. I've got some lucky customers today!

Two racks Baby Back ribs-24 Little Smokies in a Blanket, Pulled Pork Sliders, Mac n' Cheese, Various Smoked Cheeses, Soppresata and Sicilian Olive Salad, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad,
Barbecue Beans (And whatever Mrs. Tony pulls outa' her Magic Hat! Wink Laughing ) 750 Ml Patron Reposado, 2 Cases Yuengling
Premium Lager...

That Should Hold Us until Half Time! Laughing

Bacon wrapped hot links sliced up, coated in maple syrup, on the smoker @ 350 till bacon is crisped up. I know there's a name for it....
