Tony, that is a nice looking rig that you have built. You did a great job.

Thank you Brutus! Hopefully my new inspector agree's and I can commence slingin' Q as soon as the weather cooperates w/o having to do any major surgery on her!
I have been calling it my "Big O" [ for Orange ] but my wife says that sounds bad / weird....
So I started calling it " My Mistress "....Because I just love going into her as much as possible!!!
Shocked Very Happy
Keep that smoke rollin' Brothers and Sisters!!

Thanks guy's!
Rig is complete, even took her to a rib comp last week an hour away...Pulls like a dream [ especially once I filled the airbags on the box truck Shocked ] Had my guy rush to get the main logo done so she looked good! From there we are just going to add lettering vs the entire wrap.

Good thing my state finally OK'd my build plan just last week [ come on man ] Waiting on inspection for license [ though they cashed the license check a month ago ] and then for some warmer weather! License wont be good until April 1, but it also included my varience - no commissary required!
Still working on final menu, but deep fryers will be key to what comes next!
