This is the first time I have had to cook a brisket ahead of time.
Meaning I'm cooking today to serve tomorrow and it will be in the frig over night.
Serving time 11am the next day
I'm cooking to 195* ... letting cool .... then rapping in clear wrap over night.
Question: When should I slice?
And: best way to reheat? |
