I do not do pics. but if you like bologna try this.
3 lbs. BEEF bologna
1/2 cup each sweet & dill relish
8 hard boiled eggs
1 cup onion
1 cup miracle whip or mayo.
black pepper - more is better
garlic powder to taste
Grind bologna, eggs, & onion on rough grind or grate on 1/4" hole side. mix all ingredients. do not add salt as bologna and relish has plenty.
Let marry for a few hours.
If you like bologna or ham salad you will love this... |

Thanks jess!
I have fond memories of bologna salad Grandpa made when I was a kid. Your recipe sounds pretty good, can't wait to try it. I'm glad you included grater instructions, I don't have a grinder. Heck, I don't even have a kitchen! I work on the road, live in hotels, and there's no extended stay where I've been working lately. The only cooking tools I have are a 22" kettle, a nuwave, and an air fryer. I've never considered taking the grinder on the road with me! I might have a problem getting boiled eggs. I'll have a weekend home soon, but I don't want to wait!
Thanks for the recipe, _________________ Mike |
