Hi BBQ gurus,

I'm planning to smoke a 7lb brisket on my UDS for eating tomorrow night but i have a dilemma. I now have to be out most of the day tomorrow so i'm thinking of smoking it overnight tonight and wrapping it in foil.

My question is, how long can i leave the brisket wrapped in foil before eating? And if it cools down can i warm it up without spoiling it?

thanks for any advice offered...

Hoggy.
