I don't have one, but the Amazon's Choice pick is this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-CEK-40-Electric-Knife/dp/B00004WKI3/ref=sr_1_5?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1530039519&sr=1-5&keywords=electric+knife

For $38 and it does talk about bread and roasts.

I don't know why any would say they are just for bread, maybe just the blade that comes with it?

I just bought one of these a couple weeks ago. It comes with two blades... one for bread and one for meat. For several years we sliced our brisket by hand with a sharp knife but the electric knife makes it so much easier. We sliced 15 briskets in less than 45 minutes and had nice even slices.

This was our second attempt with an electric knife. First attempt didn't go well because the trigger was on top and required using your thumb to activate. This unit has the trigger on the underside and makes slicing very quick and easy. We have sliced 30 briskets in two days and it went very well. I highly recommend this knife.

I bought a hand-made knife from a Japanese one. Imagine that two years have passed and I have not sharpened it yet.
