Hey,

Just made 50 lbs. of smoked links today. It was an all day job!
I was able to stuff 50 lbs. with 3 1/2 lengths of natural 35 mm hog casing!
Those were the longest I have ever gotten!

Almost ran out of stuffer horn before I got the casing threaded on!
It was nice! Made the stuffing quick.
Smoked them for 4 hrs. (160 degrees internal temp. grease just beginning to appear on the skin)

Man this stuff is good. 45% deer/ 45% boston butt/ 10% bacon scraps.
