Does anyone have one og hese cookers ? Could they shed somelight on how well they do . Also was wonderingif they could cook a hundred pond pig and what you would need to do it .

Gator pit has a that is large enough for whole hogs called the Gator Grill Chef. Check their website. There are several choices on the web. Good luck, Zilla

While I don’t have one or have ever used one, I believe that the design is good but I believe that the metal might be too thin to hold the temp in the range you need for the time needed. You will have to constantly feed it wood and the temp swings might be more trouble than its worth. I would also be suspect of putting that much weight that high up. There might be a tipping problem. Just my opinion, but better safe than sorry.
