Wanted: Kosher Beef Hot Dog recipe

The title says it all, I'm looking for a Kosher Beef Hot Dog Recipe similar to Hebrew National or Koshers Best. These are great dogs but they are pretty pricey. This seems to be an elusive recipe, I've been searching the web for a while with no luck.

I had a book a long time ago that had every sausage recipe you could think of including a Kosher beef dog. I sold it at a garage sale years ago. I believe the author was a woman if that helps. I'll see if I can remember the book.
