OK I have a design plan for my "new" home made smoker. Now I need to find the "tank" What I want is one of the 250 or so gallon oil tanks but new or that has held water only...Problem is I cant seen to find one....Anywhere....I live in VA and am willing to travel to get one. Anybody got any ideas as to where to find one...I can find plenty that have held oil or diesel but nothing new or used for water...(except for a stainless one the guy wanted $1200 for it and that is out of my price range right for this project)

I bought my 250 gallon propane tank for $90. You can find them pretty much anywhere.

I have a plumber that I have placed a standing order for used tanks. He just scraps them anyway. Just picked up a 30"x60" used water tank that will work great. I traded a couple of racks of ribs for it. " QUE" makes the world go around. Frank

Try any farm and ranch store for a new water tank.
