Grilled up some top blade steak strips and kabob meat leftover from some trimming i did on that shoulder clod i smoked a while back. Tried out my new Weber Smokey Joe grill that santa brought me for x-mas. Nice little table top grill here is a pic and the recipe from Paul Kirks book for the marinade i used. Sure was good stuff, let the meat soak for about 4-6 hours, was great.

Garlic-Mustard Marinade
Paul Kirks Championship BBQ
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp minced green onions(white & green parts)
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp minced fresh parsley leaves
Whisk well till blended.
This recipe was for Flank Steak, but in my opinion works well with other cuts of beef also.

Jeff,
I have yet, ever seen any of your photos. How are you loading them? I just want to configure my browser so I can see what I am missing.

I can see the link for # 3

I have copied your code and made the adjustments for automatic download when someone views your post The brackets [ ] were wrong and missing a complete set, the code should read [IMG] the http url and then [IMG] after the dot on jpg. with no spaces in between. Here is an example.

Now that I have copied the code, I can see # 2 now and I have a suggestion. I have a high speed connection but the file size of your photo is over 800kb. Someone on a 56k would have to sit there 20 min to see the photo. If you have some photo software you can reduce the size of you photo to 500 pixiels wide and it will automaticly reduce your image to about 120kb and still keep the photo 1/2 screen.

I've never had a problem seeing any of his pics. The pics post as a thumbnail and you get the expanded version when you click on it.
