DEER CHILI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1. 2 LBS GROUND VENISON
2. 2 PKG McCORMICKS ORIGINAL CHILI SEASONING MIX.
3. 1 PKG McCORMICKS HOT CHILI SEASONING MIX.
4. 1-6 OZ CAN OF TOMATO PASTE
5. 1-14.50OZ CAN OF DICED TOMATOES
6. 2-8OZ CANS OF TOMATO SAUCE
7. 1-14OZ CAN OF BEEF BROTH
8. 1 OR TWO 16OZ CANS OF DARK RED
KIDNEY BEANS RINSED.


BROWN GROUND VENISON. DRAIN ALL
LIQUID. STIR IN CHILI SEASONING PACKETS STIR IN COMPLETELY.
ADD REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND
BRING TO A BOIL. LOWER HEAT AND
SIMMER FOR TWO TO THREE HOURS
WITH LID ON. REMOVE LID AND LET
LIQUID EVAPORATE UNTIL YOU HAVE
THE CONSISTENCY THAT YOU LIKE.
DIG IN WITH CRACKERS AND SHREDED
CHEESE. (COLBY JACK IS REALLY GOOD)
