Thanks to the Powers That Be for adding this as a sticky. I'll do my best to keep this going as a resource, but I'll need some assistance from the folks that frequent this board!
I need the following to update the WB as of now...
MOINK balls recipe
Pig Peckers recipe
Pulled Pork Process (I make it VERY little, need some assistance)
Some "nice to haves" would be:
Smoked salt
Turkey recipes
Rib roast recipes
Fattie ideas!
Any other recipes or ideas from the ring that others ask for regularly would be appreciated as well!
Let me know how we can make this workbook good for all!
Charlie
p.s. as always, this workbook is free to all, and can be distributed freely, as long as I am given at least a little bit of credit... _________________ Cranky Buzzard BBQ FB Group |

This is great. I have this at work & home. I made the Roxy's SC Mustard Sauce for a birthday party (my 1st big cook) and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. I sent them your wookbook. The next time I made the KC sauce with it. Now people ask me to make the sauce for parties. I also used splenda instead of regular brown sugar. Taste great! You did a great job on this. _________________ 22.5 WSM, 120 Gallon Offset, Weber Performer, IQ-110, ET-732 |

I downloaded the work book when he published the update years ago. I use it as my "Bible" for smoking.
I noticed that it is not available anymore for download. Is everything ok with cranky buzzard? |
