I was off Friday so decided to make sausage (links), stuffed pork loin, two fatties and smoke a couple of chickens for Saturday Razz mm mm mm mighty tasty.

My granddaughter stayed the night with us she wanted to help her paw paw

Ground up two 8lb pork butts 3lbs. bacon pieces

Twist into links

Butterflied pork loin

Stuff with sausage mix, onion, jalapeno, cream cheese, and colby jack

Fatties stuffed with Cream cheese, onion, jalapeno .

5 hrs. later

Served with Cajun dirty rice & baked beans. That's a hungry mans portion

Thanks for the replies fellows. Okie your right, green onions and Jalapenos. Yes she loves to help her paw paw and is eager to learn, she will be a good cook one day.
