Had five people want a smoked ham for Easter, so yesterday I smoked six of them up. the one extra was for me of course!! Here are some pics!
The line up!


All the little piggies getting settled in!


Nice burning fire!!


Couple hours in!


Just about 1/2 way, had to do the flip flop so everything stayed nice and even!!


Nice flow through the old smoker!


Finished product!!!


Temp held at 275 like a champ!!!
